Véjà Du is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who could write content for Client’s website across all categories including Social Media micro-content.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate & brainstorm with creative teams on conception and writing copy
- Manage multiple projects, balance timelines and present work at various forums
- Learn & use new tools and software that the role may require
- Write copy that is consistently in-tune with the brand’s voice and stay current with the latest editorial, cultural and design trends
- Interact with partners & stakeholders
- Promote commitment to the organisation’s purpose, values and direction
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, innovations and advancements in open source industry
- Adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities
- Follow defined best methods and procedures
- Ensure quality and accuracy of work
- Seek creative solutions to overcome obstacles
- Develop social media strategy & calendar
- Keep the social media strategy & calendar updated with recent events & developments
- Create original content for social media post
- Manage official Social Media Accounts on day to day basis
Qualification
- Minimum 2 - 5 years copywriting experience
- A completed 3-year college degree
- Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth of writing capabilities
- Strong understanding of culture & trends
- Excellent command over the English language, both spoken & written
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Possesses excellent problem solving, critical thinking, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport with peers
- Flexible and willing to unlearn just as much as to learn.
- Ability to take direction and be flexible and open to change
- Having a worldview & global exposure
- Proficiency in managing all social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Should be up to date with latest Social Media Trends
Employment Type
Full Time**
**3 Month probation till March 2023 followed by performance evaluation. On successful performance, the probation contract would be extended to 1 year i.e. till December 2023.

Industry Standard. Open to negotiation on a case to case basis.
Work Location
Preferably Offline / In-Person in Bangalore for the first 90 working days.
