Careers / Community Project & Operations Manager

Véjà Du is looking for a Community Project / Operations Manager who could take up full responsibility of successfully completing any project or program assigned to them for the client organisation. The daily responsibilities would include aligning projects with business objectives, constructing detailed work plans, managing stakeholder availability, achieving milestones, and communicating the results to stakeholders.

The Project Manager would be accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving a foundation's goals and achieving their vision.


Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned community operations from the front
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage relationships between community stakeholders
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation​

Qualification
- A valid undergraduate degree
  (Graduates with technical background would be preferred)
- 0-2 year of coordination experience in a multi-stakeholder setup
- Excellent Communication Skills to be able to coordinate communication across stakeholders & across hierarchies

Employment Type
Full Time** 
**3  Month probation for the first 90 days followed by performance evaluation.
On successful performance, the probation contract would be extended to 1 year i.e. till December 2023.
