Véjà Du is looking for a Associate Community Manager to conceive, organise, promote and implement effective community programs & initiatives assigned to them for the client organisation. The ideal candidate understands the driving forces behind community behaviour and can collect and analyse community metrics from both real-life and digital data. 

The Associate Community Manager should be highly analytical and focused, but with keen insight into human behaviour and motivational forces. We’re looking for someone to assist the community team & members in designing programs for our community members so they stay motivated, engaged, involved & are also inspired to initiate community projects. This job involves both short- and long-term programs that inspire, educate and engage the existing community members.


Key Responsibilities
- Participate in behavioural analysis of the community
- Participate in designing & developing programs, events & engagement strategies
- Keep & eye on overall analysis of all LIVE events
- Be in an exploratory phase for UPCOMING community events & engagements
- Audit existing programs for engagement
- Develop strategies to engage with community members
- Help community members launch their own projects
- Help community members onboard on LIVE projects
- Assist Community & Community Team with optimising day-to-day operations
- Attend to & resolve community questions & queries

Qualification
- A valid undergraduate degree
( Graduates with technical background would be preferred )
- At least 1-2 years of Community management experience
- Excellent Communication Skills to be able to coordinate communication across stakeholders & hierarchies


Employment Type
Full Time**
**3  Month probation till March 2023 followed by performance evaluation. On successful performance, the probation contract would be extended to 1 year i.e. till December 2023.
